    We sat down with Alex and discussed his plans for the business and what he hoped to accomplish. After speaking with Alex about what he’d like to do, we developed content for his site based on the unique value he was offering the community.

    The major obstacle was that we could not present any images of the gym as the construction has yet to be completed. As a true testament to the power of copy-writing (See our Marketing Secrets section for more information), 21.29% of the people who visited the site in the first month and a half have asked to receive more information about pre-registering to become a member and that number has continued to climb. This does not include the majority of people who called or put it in their memory banks to stop by once the gym is open.

  • Spread the Word

    Phase 2 will go into full swing when the gym opens in 2011. Some very basic steps have been taken to drive traffic to the site which is already on pace to exceed 1000 sign ups in one years time without ever opening their doors.

    Basic listings, appropriate usage of Facebook and other social media have contributed to bringing potential customers to the site who are submitting their personal information to be contacted about becoming a member 21.29% of the time. These numbers only account for leads through the site, many more have called and will stop in.

    The results speak for themselves and more importantly generate recurring revenue much greater than what you invest.

    - 21.29% of the people who visited the site in the first month and a half submitted personal information to be contact about becoming a member while the gym is still under construction.
    -More than 85 sign ups in less than 6 weeks, without even being open yet.
    - Once the gym has it’s Grand Opening in 2011 a basic campaign will be launched to raise awareness and drive people to the site.
